It is non- GMO and never bleached or bromated. with a long room temperature fermentation to bring out the full flavor and aroma of the crust. The toppings we offer use only fresh ingredients that are local and organic whenever possible. Our menu offers even more for your dining pleasure: Pizza, sandwiches, soups, salads & appetizers.
