Grateful Bread began in Floyd, VA in 2002, baking for restaurants, and now sells locally at the Floyd Farmers Market, as well as OuterSpace, a new cafe and retail outlet. We use local and organic ingredients whenever possible including Gracious Day Grains, organic fresh-ground flours, and recipes both handed down and inventive. The cinnamon rolls are a must life experience!
