With a background in the restaurant business, Gypsy Girl began selling wholesale baked goods to the Floyd Country Store in 2010, fulfilling her desire to work and continue to be a stay-at-home mom of four. In 2012 her business added Gypsy Girl Cheesecakes. Today, the family-run business sells cakes, pies, and cheesecakes, available daily, through the Floyd Country Store, as well as selling frozen, take-to-home cheesecakes at Riverstone, Harvest Moon, EcoVillage Farm Store, The Soup Shop, Eats, and Annie Kay’s in Blacksburg.

Gypsy Girl strives to make products with low-processed ingredients, delivering a “like-your-grandma-made” dessert.
